How does per-server pricing work?+
Each subscription covers exactly one server. You choose a tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) for a specific server. If you run two servers, you get two separate subscriptions, one per server. This gives you full flexibility to tier each server differently.
When should I use a bundle plan instead?+
Bundles are better if you manage 3 or more servers and want the same tier on all of them. Our 3-Server Gold yearly bundle costs $99.99 vs. $215+ if you subscribed per-server monthly. The lifetime options are great if you want to eliminate recurring fees forever.
Can I cancel a per-server subscription anytime?+
Yes, cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep all plan benefits for that server until the billing period ends.
What happens to a server when I cancel its subscription?+
The server reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. It stays listed; you just lose premium features like auto-bump, faster cooldowns, and monthly credits for that server.
How do bundle server slots work?+
After purchasing a bundle, you assign servers to its slots from your dashboard. Each slot gives that server the bundle's tier. You can reassign slots to different servers at any time.
Do credits roll over?+
Yes! Credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits are added on top of your existing balance on the 1st of each month.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe.
Can the bot bump without a subscription?+
Yes, any server listed on the free plan can use /bump via the bot. The cooldown just reflects your server's current tier.
What is the bump cooldown for each tier?+
Free: 12 hours Β· Silver: 6 hours Β· Gold: 3 hours Β· Platinum: 1 hour. Bumping moves your server to the top of the 'Most Bumped' listings. Higher tiers help you stay visible longer.
How do votes work?+
Anyone can vote for a server once every 12 hours. Votes count toward the daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards. More votes = more visibility, especially under 'Most Votes' sort.
Can I switch tiers mid-subscription?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What are credits used for?+
Credits are our in-app currency. You earn them by voting, getting reviews, and referring users. Spend them to boost your server visibility, purchase one-time bumps, or unlock short-term boosts without a full subscription.
Is there a free trial?+
There's no formal free trial, but the Free plan includes listing, basic analytics, and community votes at no cost β€” indefinitely. You only need a paid plan for faster bumps, monthly credits, and premium placement.
How do I get the 'Partnered' badge?+
The Partnered badge is awarded manually by our team to servers that demonstrate an active community and quality content. Reach out via our Discord support server to apply.
Are lifetime plans really one-time payments?+
Yes β€” pay once, keep the benefits forever. There are no hidden renewal fees. Lifetime plans cover one server slot (or the bundle's server count) permanently.
What happens to my listing if my server goes offline?+
Your listing stays up. We don't automatically remove servers for going offline. If Discord changes your server's invite link, you can update it from your dashboard at any time.
Can I transfer a subscription to a different server?+
Per-server subscriptions are locked to the server they were purchased for. Bundle slots, however, can be freely reassigned between your servers at any time from the dashboard.
How do I list my server?+
Sign in with Discord, click 'Add Your Server', fill in a description, pick up to 3 categories, add tags, and paste your invite link. After submission our team reviews it β€” approval usually takes under 24 hours.
Why is my server pending review?+
Every new listing goes through a brief quality check to ensure descriptions are accurate, invite links are valid, and content follows our community guidelines. You'll be able to see your listing status in the dashboard.
Can I list an NSFW server?+
Yes. Toggle the NSFW flag during submission. NSFW servers are only shown to logged-in users who have enabled adult content in their settings, and they carry a visible NSFW label on every card.
What is Featured status and how do I get it?+
Featured servers appear in the highlighted slider at the top of the browse page, giving them prime visibility. Featured placement is awarded by our team to high-quality listings β€” Gold and Platinum servers are prioritised. You can also apply via our support server.
How does the review system work?+
Any Discord user who has joined a listed server can leave a star rating and written review. Reviews are public and cannot be removed by server owners β€” this keeps feedback honest. You can flag reviews that violate our guidelines for moderator review.
Is there a limit on how many servers I can list?+
No hard limit. You can list as many servers as you own or have manager access for. Each server is managed independently, with its own tier and analytics.
Can someone else manage my server listing?+
Yes. You can grant manager access to other Discord users from your server's settings. Managers can edit the listing, bump the server, and view analytics β€” but cannot delete the server or change billing.
How do I add the bot to my server?+
Click 'Add Bot' in the dashboard or use the invite link in the footer. The bot enables /bump commands, bump-reminder notifications in a channel of your choice, and auto-bump for Gold+ servers.
What counts as a bump and why does it matter?+
A bump moves your server to the top of the 'Recently Bumped' sort on the browse page, refreshing your visibility to new users browsing the site. Each server has a per-tier cooldown before it can be bumped again.
How do I improve my server's SEO score?+
The SEO panel on your edit page scores your listing on description length, keyword density, tag completeness, and category selection. Fixing each suggestion raises your score and helps your server appear in more search results.
Are there any servers or content that are not allowed?+
Servers promoting illegal activity, hate speech, scams, or self-bots are not permitted and will be removed. Servers must have a valid, working invite link at all times. Full rules are in our Terms of Service.
What happens if my invite link expires?+
Your listing will show as unavailable to visitors until you update the invite URL from your dashboard. We recommend using a permanent Discord invite (never-expiring, unlimited uses) to avoid this.
